INNERLMNT - I "edit" "videos" and "do" "graphic" "design"

About

I'm Arbër (note the dotted "e") - a 22-year-old graphic designer and video editor from Kosovo. I'm known to the Internet as INNERLMNT (read: "inner element"; rebrand pending). Older viewers may recognize me by my past nicknames, "GumballFallsFan" and/or "evolve330".I am self-taught in my craft and have been making videos since 2011. My specialty is in creating little music videos to shows and movies I enjoy, synced to the music I enjoy. I occasionally design logos, and make posters and YouTube thumbnails.Check out the Editing Reel for a summary of the videos that I make.Other things I do include, but are not limited to:
- editing for my friends on certain occasions
- writing for, and running various wikis on Fandom.com
- writing for the Albanian Wikipedia
- designing websites like this one
- writing and translating closed captions (I speak Albanian and German, btw)

My Work on the Internet

My work online mainly encompasses my YouTube channel, INNERLMNT, where I post my fandom edits, projects for my friends, and other junk. It isn't my first channel, I started almost a decade before making this one, but it's the one I use now. Chances are, if you've seen my work around, it's this intro I made for YIAY #568!Interested in my music videos and fandom edits? Check these links:

I am most commonly associated with my dear friend and marvelous voice actor, Charley the Pirate Theydy, who I've worked with for a very long time on many projects. Real-Time Fandub, Well Abridge Me, Princess!, Mystery Shack Lookback, you name it. Alongside working with Charley, I am also a video editor in Team Neutron, the production collective behind the videos of Jakeneutron.I run four wikis: the Real-Time Fandub Wiki, the Inside Job Wiki, the Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur Wiki, and the Sparkle On, Raven: The Life of DrillGirl Wiki (I founded that last one). On each of them, I have designed and modified the look and feel, tailored to their subject matter, as well as contributed a combined 14,000+ edits on their articles.

Other Projects

Hot Garbage is a "trash" channel I launched during the pandemic where I post whatever I want. Some of the videos in that channel have garnered a lot of unexpected attention so it must be good! The Intro Collector is an archive of opening and ending sequences, as well as music from television shows in Albanian-speaking television. On YouTube since 2017, the channel makes sure to name the people who work on the graphics that grace Albanian TV screens 24/7, and call out plagiarism whenever it happens (which is often). You can find the channel here, or visit the Carrd.

Poster Design

I like posters! I make posters in my free time, and to promote my friends every now and then. Most of my posters, I put together in Adobe Photoshop, Alight Motion, but sometimes also in GIMP. These usually appear on my social media.Posters that were made for fun will be marked as "unsolicited".

My Tools

DESKTOP
I use Magix Vegas Pro (since 2016), Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (since 2022) for video editing, GIMP and Adobe Photoshop for images (since forever), Adobe Illustrator for logo design and vector work, Audacity and Levelator for audio editing, and Acoustica Mixcraft Pro Studio for music composition, mashups or audio effects that I can't do natively on Vegas. I also use XMedia Recode for reencoding media. I edit on a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming laptop running Windows 11.
Packed with my editing software, my arsenal of plug-ins includes Boris Sapphire and Boris Continuum. I've used Red Giant Universe, ReelSmart Motion Blur, NewBlueFX and Twixtor in the past.MOBILE
My motion design and graphic design powerhouse is Alight Motion (since 2019). My own logo and many other logos have been designed on this app, as well as a lot of my thumbnails and posters If I need videos less intense in graphics but longer and more cohesive, I'll use VlogNow and/or YouCut for simple cutting. I often use Video Converter (from Inverse.AI) to reencode episode footage from MKV to MP4.
I use a lot of editing tools for images, including but not limited to: PixelLab, Adobe Photoshop Fix, AI Enlarger (from Vertexshare Software Ltd), Picsart, Google Snapseed, Glitch Lab, Background Eraser (from handyCloset Inc.), and Photoroom. I may also use IbisPaint X for the casual drawing.FORMER TOOLS
Videos from 2014 to 2016 were made with usually mobile tools available on iOS at the time (using an iPhone 4S), including: iMovie (video editing), CuteCut (motion graphics, general animation), Phonto (text editing), Autodesk Sketchbook (drawing), Vizmato (formerly Game Your Video), Lumify, YouTube Capture (now defunct).
Videos before 2014 were made on the Windows XP edition of Windows Movie Maker, along with plug-ins that allowed me to use blending modes as transitions (RehanFX), sometimes with the help of Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 and E.M. Free Video Powerpoint Converter.

Charley the Pirate Theydy

Charley Marlowe (they/she) is a skilled and prolific voice actor, writer, streamer, and generally great person! We've known each-other for a long time and the bulk of my editing work has been for their online endeavors. Here is a selection of them.REAL-TIME FANDUB - the biggest project I've participated in so far. Voice actors come together to dub over a TV show or movie, but without rehearsing a script beforehand, and totally guessing the dialogue from memory, on the fly. It doesn't go well, and it's glorious. My work on the show includes (but is not limited to): editing highlight reels, voice acting (poorly!), creating spoofed logos that say "Real-Time Fandub" or something similar, creating poster artwork for certain high-profile episodes, as well as designing thumbnails, managing social media, providing closed captions to episodes, and a lot more. For the series' spin-off, the Driftwood Saga, I co-edited two feature-length episodes by cleaning up and assembling voice lines, helping with music, custom sound design, mixing and mastering, and generally helping promote it by posting clips. I also put together opening and closing credits, and provided a vocal performance on the second episode.WELL ABRIDGE ME, PRINCESS! - the Zelda abridged series you never asked for. WAMP! is an abridged edition of the 1989 Legend of Zelda cartoon, which was bundled with episodes of the Super Mario Bros. Super Show. In it, Link (they/them) is a "hero" who is into hentai and a Vtuber, Zelda (they/them) is a bit more badass and better written, Ganon (he/him) is gay and has the hots for Link, and King Harkinian (mah/boi) speaks in YouTube Poop. It is heavily informed by YouTube culture from the late 2000s to mid-2010s. The series also has a tie-in livestreaming channel named WellXcuseMe with Link as the Vtuber host.My work for the show's as a whole is designing its logo after the original series, as well as the general branding of the Twitter, Tumblr and YouTube account. For the episodes, I was tasked with changing details of prop elements, inserting Easter eggs, creating a fake social media UI (modeled loosely after Instagram) and putting together an opening sequence for the series. For the tie-in livestream, my job is to handle certain admin duties, publish recorded livestreams to YouTube with custom thumbnails and metadata, and generally keeping both up-to-date.THE CAPTAIN'S DINGHY - the pirate fan club. The Dinghy (named after a bit from RTF) is a fan club for the HBO Max series Our Flag Means Death, but more broadly about pirate media as a whole (think Monkey Island, Pirates of the Caribbean, et cetera). The fan club is a Discord server founded May 2022, 300 members strong, and run by some known figures in the OFMD fanbase. It is accessible through this invite link. (18+ ONLY)I am the server's "First Mate" (appointed admin), and besides upholding the rules and keeping good conduct, my responsibilities there are keeping the server's bots in working order and helping with certain design requests. I was also tasked with putting together a short interstitial ad for the server, placed in one of Charley's videos, and promoting the server through a series of 34 videos on TikTok which I edited.UNIVERSE FALLS - denial is not just a river you can cross in Egypt. It's a crossover between the animated shows Gravity Falls and Steven Universe (known to have a lot of fan overlap). In it, the latter's protagonist, Steven, crashes in Oregon at the Mystery Shack and gets friendly with Gravity Falls' cast. It is available on YouTube for free here. It ran for about seven months, the last episode of which I offered to edit as a guest editor. It took just over two months. While some artwork has been edited to better convey emotion, everything aside from vocals, music and artwork was put together by me - including sound design/mixing, tweening, special effects, color-coded closed captions, etc. All of this with feedback from the cast and crew through the whole way.

INNERLMNT: MEANING

My username is pronounced "inner element". It's the description of the mental state I need to be in while creating, in other words, being "in your element" or "in the zone".Here is Ellie Spectacular pronouncing my name on stream if you don't know.

Regarding Older Videos

"INNERLMNT" as a moniker only applies to the videos that I made starting from June 15, 2021 to the present, however my journey on YouTube is much, much longer and full of thorns and stepping stones. I've gone by many nicknames - "arberlezi" (my own name), "GumballFallsFan", "evolve330", "CostinTea", even "fallbackintoreality" to a small select few. Most of you aren't expected to know about this nuance and backstory, but there is a non-zero chance you've seen my stuff before visiting my abode under this name.If you are one of the maybe 4,000 people who watched my videos, or even one of the 2 million views on my stuff - you may be wondering where my stuff is. The answer is that I decided to delist a bunch of my videos from my old channel. Yes, I'm not proud of the person I was from 2013-2020 - it's okay to know that because I don't know a lot of people who would be proud of themselves during their formative and childish years. Nevertheless, I know that my videos catered to some sort of an audience, and at one point, myself. So I can't bring myself to private my videos entirely like others might do. But if someone wants to seek them out? Then you are well within your right to seek them out, comment on them, like them, share them. They are part of history and worth telling the story of. Simply understand that the videos aren't a promise of what's to come with my content. I very much promise nothing in regards to the genre, schedule, type or ideas of videos to come, and certainly not on the old evolve330 channel. I don't upload there anymore! That being said, I haven't kept every piece of that history. There are very rare situations even I wouldn't keep to the public and that I wouldn't really lay my eyes on again. I may only privatize a video for any one of these reasons:
- someone is irreversibly deadnamed in the video
- the video implies a romantic relationship that I am no longer in
- I overshared personal information that might endanger my peers' privacy
- the video has personal traumatic associations
- I was kind of an asshole in the video and it no longer fundamentally represents me as a person
My previous YouTube channel, "evolve330" has all of my currently available work organized in playlists, handy for you to watch. Sadly I have deleted videos from before 2013 before I thought to archive as much of my stuff as possible, so this is the best thing I can possibly offer. I hope you enjoy what part of my history I have given you. Thank you for your understanding.

You have reached the last section on my Carrd! Thank you for reading this far. I put a lot of work into this, so it means the world :DPlease enjoy this tree of links I've put together! Consider it a shout-out corner.
